The last two days ( 5&6 dpo) I’ve tested when I first wake up (usual pattern) and I’ve dipped below coverline. Then later at real wake up, I’m still above. Which recording is more accurate?
I did not sleep more than an hour before last nights, and the night before I’d had alcohol. Just one strong drink, not unusual. But if BBT is lowest temp, then my low is accurate? Does that already put me out? Or can lack of sleep and drinking, etc, make you lower than you would be?
