I’m currently on the pill, never missed a pill or anything but I got pregnant in may (I wasn’t taking my pill correctly in may)

I had an abortion and I’ve been extremely paranoid since

I’ve been nauseated everyday around 5pm and my nipples are pretty sensitive so I figured I’d take a test just incase

This is an equate test and when I opened it the “negative” line was very faint and when I did the test it got darker and I think I see a faint positive but idk if I should trust this test? Because it was basically already negative when I opened it?
