I am dreading going to work tomorrow because I am giving my 2 week notice. I have been with my current company for 2 years, but I just accepted a job offer that is an increase in pay and also directly related to my field of study in school. I have never given a formal written notice before and I’m so nervous. What do I say? I’ve got it written out and I’ve signed it, but how do I start that conversation? Should I do it first thing in the morning? Wait until the end of the day? Any advise to make it not awkward??
