Bed sharer to crib sleeper?!??
Not looking to be told I never should have started co-sleeping because honestly, I know and tell myself often that it was the wrong decision for different reasons. It really started with my daughters severe acid reflux, I had panic attacks imagining her choking in her sleep, so I did what I felt like was best as a new mom, and I’m still glad that I did.
But now my baby is 14 months old, and I cannot get her to sleep in her crib AT ALL. I mean she used to sleep in it a few times a week, or til about 5 am and then we’d move her to our bed to get us all more sleep. But now the second we go to move her she throws the biggest fits. She’s hysterical about being in her own space. I know it’s best for all of us to make the change now. I just don’t know how to MAKW the transition.
Please help. I need real ideas. How can I transition her to sleeping in her own space? I’ve tried putting her down drowsy and it’s def a NOOOO go. She throws fits so bad she’s got a runny nose and horse voice. I don’t have it in my heart to let her cry it out. I’m really desperate for a real solution, like bed sharing weaning for a mommy with all the feels. For reference we do room share because our living situation currently. Help meeeeeee. Pleaase. Pic for attention !!!!
