My son woke up really hot yesterday, he ended up having a fever of 101, it didn’t go any higher than that.

I never take him out so I’m super confused, I don’t know if he’s sick or if it could be teething?

He still has the fever I been giving him baby Tylenol and 4 hours after I give him baby ibuprofen.

All 4 of his molars are breaking thru the skin all at once so I really don’t know I’m confused.. what could it possibly be? I tried talking to his doctor but they aren’t doing appointments like that right now only over the phone so I didn’t get much answers
