Do any of you feed your baby pork or red meat?

My husband and I got into an argument last night because he said I shouldn’t be feeding our son pulled pork because it will “back him up”.

My kid loves any kind of meat and we haven’t had any problems. He has had chicken, fish, steak, ground beef, venison, pork tenderloin, sausage, and more.

We do not feed her pork.  Not because I am opposed to it but because we do not cook it at home.

Red meat is a great source of iron for babies

I think it’s best in small amounts to help there system learn how to digest it.

Yes I feed her everything. She doesn’t LOVE meat, but will eat a bit. We eat pork about 1 or twice a month (except ham). I make sure it’s really well cooked.

Yep! He eats all kinds of meat. Steak, ground beef, pork, ham, etc. As well as turkey, chicken, fish and everything else lol

I wouldn’t over feed it to him but a decent amount is fine,

My daughter eats all meat but it’s important for them to drink water in order to not get backed up
