I took a pregnancy test and I don’t know what it means 😕

Hello, I took a pregnancy test this morning because I’ve been feeling a little weird lately and wanted to make sure. I looked at the results and it first looks negative but at second glance there’s a faint vertical line making it look positive. I did that the test 3 days before my period is supposed to start so maybe that’s why it come out that way. I don’t know and I don’t want to get my hopes up, someone please help!
