Any mamas that have babies with disorders/illnesses/ etc?

My daughter is 7 months old and was diagnosed at 1 month old with a rare genetic disorder. I’m finding it really hard to cope. I try to be strong for her but at the end of everyday I’m so stressed and sad.

I worry myself with what if’s and I can look at her smiling and playing and have to step away to cry because she’s so innocent and this is never what I thought motherhood would mean for her me and no baby deserves to go through things like this.

I try to tell myself to live in the moment and enjoy my times with her but I turn every happy time into a sad one by worrying and feeling sorry for her.

Any tips of how to cope? Thank you so much.
