So my daughter spent the night at my parents last night and hubby and I tried to have sex for the first time since I had her. I’m 7 weeks PP and cleared to have sex again. But it was so painful we didn’t even get to do anything. Literally just him super slowly putting it in was enough to make me cry. He got so frustrated after 10 minutes of really slowly trying but me literally shaking in pain and crying that we just stopped and went to bed.

What can I do to make it less painful? I really miss being intimate with my hubby and I know it’s bothering him
