What keeps yall sane during the tww? What do you do to calm yourself?! 
Do you guys do anything to help along  implantation ?

Answer

I have decided this month to expect my period. And Iv been eating healthier and so right now I’m just focusing on my physical and mental health and seeing how that works at least with the stress and ttc depression . I feel like Some how if I expect my period I’ll feel less disappointed in a way. But if this month is lucky I’ll post all the stuff Iv been doing to help others
