Using Flex Disc

Question

Af arrived today and I have a box of the discs. What should I expect? And are they hard to insert? They look a bit big so I am somewhat intimidated as I’ve only used pads and tampons.

They are sooooo good for me! It took me about two periods to really get the hang of them but I love them so much! They are actually smaller than tampons to put in and just takes a few times to get them in right unless you got experience down there. They are soooo comfortably and have reduced my cramps and everything. I always wear a panty liner with them bc if you don’t get it in right it may leak so just wear a pad or some extra protection down there until you are fully used to them lol they are just intimidating a little when first using them because it’s a new concept of period product
