I don't ask for anything he just puts gas in.

I ask my boyfriend for gas money if I cannot afford to pay for the gas. For the most part, if we’re in his car, he pays. If we’re in my car, I pay. The only time it’s different is if we’re going on a road trip, then no matter which car we have, we rotate paying for gas

I don't have a license and my partner does so that's his responsibility. In the beginning of our relationship I always offered to pay for at least half every time he fuelled up but he always said no. I only pay if we are going for a road trip.

He pays for gas 99% of the time, even though we both drive, because we've agreed that's how the bills would be divided. Really I only pitch in if I've taken a long unnecessary drive to the beach with friends or sometimes if I notice the tank goes below half while I'm doing errands

No my husband and I never ask eachother for money in that sense, he’s always been the main “provider” I’ll put gas in the car if I know I’m the one using it frequently or he’ll put it on his own without expecting me to pay him back.

I don't drive so the entire 2 years I've been with my SO he's been the one driving us for anything we do and he's never asked me for gas money which at this point I'm glad for because I'd owe him an arm and a leg by now
