Ever panic that you aren't pregnant anymore?

Does anyone ever have waves of panic where you worry you aren't pregnant anymore? I know it's completely illogical but I'm 5w1d and won't have a scan until 12w so a long wait ahead of me. Any tips on how to
chill out?

You want to talk about neurotic?! My first pregnancy I was afraid that if I pushed too hard when I had a bowel movement that I would push the baby out hahaha. I guess I didn't understand the permanence of the whole thing.

Ive been meditating every morning, just focusing on my breath and the sensations in my body, which has helped to ease y mind about all the worries and fears I'm experiencing. Try it! Light a candle, and breath or focus on the light...... Literally and metaphorically!

Totally paranoid. Any time I feel remotely "good" I worry that the pregnancy is over! I need to get over it!

I completely feel the same way!! I have some very mild nausea, slightly sore boobs and pee a lot, but other than that really don't feel any symptoms of pregnancy - it still doesn't feel real! So I keep worrying it's not gonna last.

I have the same problem! I even dream I am miscarrying. The mantra I repeat to myself is "If there's no blood, I can't be miscarrying". I also still pee on pregnancy tests to ease my mind. If you have any OPKs left over, those work too. :) I'm pinning this in case any ladies have ideas!

Same way here. My first appt is 10/10 and it feels like an eternity away.

I feel like that a lot of mornings, then my nausea hits me. And my mind is back at ease. My first ultrasound is 10/10 and I feel like it will be forever!

I have the same thing.. Totally paranoid and stressed all the time. And I'm actually having a possible MC at the moment. I advise all the women out there to just chill out, don't stress or freak out because stress is bad for your baby. I'm just hoping my first baby will be strong enough to survive this and be very happy:).

Same here ! I haven't taken anymore tests but I did just get my urine and blood tests back from the doc saying positive so it makes me feel better . If I were you which a friend of mine did went to the ER explain your concern and they reassured her . Good luck :) and don't worry :)
