Dryness

So my vagina has been pretty dry lately, and there’s been some whiteness she a sore. I’ve been putting neosporin but i guess that’s not working. anyone know what i could use? i just went to gyno a few days ago and she said she’d take a look but never really did. i’ve got a pap smear and sti/std test done and everything came back clear
