is this normal? 4 days pp
i tore at the top by my urethra and on the bottom, when i pee it stings a lot and it feels like there’s a lot of pressure in that area.
i rinse with water and pat dry with a washcloth, then i pat with the tucks pad, is there something else i should be doing to help?
