Sore throat

So we have been trying to conceive for about a week now. According to this app. I'm in the 15% chance of getting preg. I got a pretty sore throat yesterday and bad stuffy nose. Just feeling like I'm getting sick. I googled it thinking I would get back nothing and there were actually woman who experienced flu like symptoms really early. Am I just getting hopes up or could I be conceiving? The sore throat possibly me getting pregnant? Anyone else have one?

I've had a bit of a sore throat since ovulation, not really bad just sort of there not getting any better or worse and I've read similar things about these being pregnancy symptoms.Trying not to get my hopes up though x

I would be safe and say its weather change only so you don't get your hopes way up. But implantation should occur first to be certain it could possibly be!
