I thought i was pregnant started feeling nauseous and my nipples started to become sensitive and sore..

Your pregnancy tests look positive to me, you wouldn't get a positive one pregnancy test for ovulation.
I wouod test again in a few days/week and see what it says as youre still a bit away from your period so unless you ovulate early. How long after the test did you get the positive lines?

Blue dyes will always have faint lines! Did you confirm ovulation because you wouldn’t get a positive at 6dpo if you are pregnant because implantation only happens at 6dpo!
