Cramping on ovulation day..

I and my fiancé are TTC and have been taking his and hers prenatal ONE A DAY MULTIVITAMINS. I started taking them Friday (3 days ago). I also did it on this day. My ovulation day was yesterday which was Sunday. Yesterday morning we did the do and after for hours even still today I feel a pain as if I’m cramping all in my left pelvic area and my lower back.. is this normal, something I should look out for, or could it mean good news in the future? Any reply will help. Thanks!
