Feels like something is coming out?

I haven’t had any contractions or anything so I know it’s not baby lol. This is my second pregnancy but I don’t remember this with my first. I’m 38+1 and I feel like something is coming out of my vagina constantly. Almost feels like when you have a period clot coming out I guess? But nothing is coming out. I don’t remember this with my first pregnancy. I wonder if it’s just pressure? I don’t know. Anyone else feeling this?

An instagram mom I follow had this feeling after giving birth and it turned out to be her cervix falling below the opening of her vagina- a cervical prolapse. Not meaning to scare you, but maybe take a mirror and check things out down there to be careful?

Sometimes I feel like that too and I check and there’s nothing. Not sure if it’s just pressure randomly from baby or what. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I always hope it’s my bloody show but never is 🤣

Could it be your mucous plug has come out and is just sitting in there? 
Otherwise, it could just be that baby dropped and is making things rub in there that don’t normally
