Question about BBT dips when AF arrives.
I have read that some women have their BBT dip before their period arrives which signals it's coming, while other women's BBT doesn't dip until after it arrives.
Is this consistent? Always dips before, or always? Or does your BBT sometimes dip before and sometimes after?
