Ok so my baby is 2 weeks and 3 days old. We werent going to breastfeed because with my first it was to hard emotionally because he wouldnt latch that we didnt want to try with our second and go through that again.

However we decided to try 4 days postpartum with our new little one. We had a latching issue. He was latching wrong and it was pinchy but now hes latching right. He was iugr (growth restriction) so he was very small and I kinda chalked it up to him being to small to properly fit me in his mouth to latch right.

Anyway my biggest issue now is my supply. I really dont think hes getting enough. When I pump I hardly get 5- 20ml from both breasts combined (depending on the stretch between pumpings)

I dont know if my pump just isnt getting it out right or if I'm really just not producing hardly anything. I'm getting a bit stressed with it. I'm eating lactation cookies now to help but I dont know if they're helping. It's been a week on them and the box said you should notice a different within a week.

Can anyone give me advice please?

I feel like I should be producing more then what my pump gets out but I dont know. The pump is new.

He only wants to latch for maybe 4 minutes MAYBE and most the time I really think hes just pacifing on me and not actually drinking anything.

I'm just struggling right now but dont want to quit breastfeeding.
