Whenever you both are ready. There are couples that dated for less than a year and have been married for years and couples that dated for years and their marriage still ended.

At least 2 years. Research shows the “honeymoon” phase or “rose colored glasses” stage wears off at about the 2 year mark for most people, at which point you can really better the asses the person & if your values, personalities, life goals, etc are a life long fit.

I know several couples who dated for 10 years before they got married.
I know several couples including myself and my husband who got married after dating for a few months.
I met my husband in early January, started dating him in late January, got engaged in April and married in May. 2.5 years of marriage and absolutely no regrets about how quickly we got married.
It's different for every couple.
