What should I add?

So about 2 months ago I got my first tattoo on my upper left forearm...I want to add too it now but can’t decide on what to do. I’m between adding something that ties into this one (which represents myself and my 2 babes) or just something different altogether. I know I want it to start at my inner wrist and either go above the elephants or just below them. Any suggestions? I’m open to anything. Thanks
