Ginger is said to help. Peppermint too. But when I had morning sickness (I have it this pregnancy but NOTHING like the first) not a damned thing helped and I lost 20 pounds and was sick all hours of the day. The only time I experienced no nausea was when I was sleeping, elsewise it was something I experienced at least hourly.
