Bad pain in vag and butt

I am 36 (37 weeks tomorrow) and the past 2 days I have had pretty bad pain in my vagina and tonight butt and lower back as well. It’s mostly sharp pains but sometimes it’s just a lot of pressure. I haven’t lost my mucus plug yet but I have been nesting for the past 2-3 days and I also dropped at 34 weeks. I also have had some what feels like some drips of liquid stuff coming out but when I go to check there’s nothing. One time there was stuff and it got on my thigh as well but it didn’t seem like a lot so I put a pad on and watched it but nothing much since. Is this labor beginning or am I just wishful thinking lol.

Aka I have gotten this pain before but it has never been this severe or lasted this long.
