What does your ovulation pain feel like?

I think I’m ovulating soon for the first time after being on birth control for 3 years and GOSH it’s painful. There’s a sharp pain in the lower left of my abdomen, but it’s sort of radiating through my whole pubic area, down my vagina and around to my butt? Is this normal?!

I can only assume it’s ovulation pain because I have EWCM, a near positive opk and Glow estimates it’s 2 days away.
