Could you forgive some who cheats?

If they realize they made a mistake (let's say they slept with their ex) a year later I'm still stressed. I still am so hurt. He cut all ties. Married me. Has a child with me. How do I heal?

The same thing happened to my aunt and her husband. They got married when they were teenagers and when they got a little older my uncle slept with this really nasty hoe. My aunt said it took a very long time to forgive and trust him again but she never regretted staying with him. That was the only time he done it or else she would have stayed gone permanently. All i can tell you is follow your gut instinct. Maybe just give it more time to heal

one of my fiances best friends cheated, that was 6 years ago and is still with the same girl. he has never once dreamt of cheating again. it is possible to change, you have to work on a way to forgive him. by choosing to stay with someone that has been unfaithful, means that you must forgive him. you can't blame him forever, it's not healthy. how to do this - I have no idea, but good luck!

I don't and don't know how to forgive him.... But, I do trust him. I still cry when we have sex because I think about him having sex with her and than coming back to me. It has really traumatized me. I don't want to end my marriage. But, I need to stop mind screwing myself. :/

Ive been  married for 5 yrs and end of aug 2015 i cought my husband talking to girls on dating websites just talking sexual like hooking up but he never did  hooked up I asked yy r u talking to girls on websites he said its bc im stressing him out getting prego 
So i stoped stressing about getting prego
He said hes going stop not worth it anymore talking  girls on sites he said hes  going focus on us and ect also he said i can go threw his stuff whenever i feel like it and i sooo check the computer(  pics his mail Internet ) still see dating websites in his mail  he said he has not been on there since begin of beginning of oct i also started seeing he on the computer but he deletes what hes looking at i told him i can careless if he looks at porn bc all guys prob look at porn  should i forgive him should we try marriage consulting idk what to do

My husband cheated on me and got a woman pregnant. I chose to stay because we have a child and I still love him. Forgiveness really had to be felt in your heart. If he's stayed true through all this time, maybe it's time to tell yourself to breathe a little. My husband and I were told we couldn't conceive anymore children, so I took this baby as an opportunity to still be with the man I love. Now, I know for a fact he did not have an affair. If it had been an affair I don't know if I would feel the same. But since I stayed I got to keep my family and my life the way I want and I get to live a baby that comes from the man I vowed never to leave before God. Now, we have had opportunities to have great, healing and insightful conversations....somehow I think I ovulated and in a week we find out if I'm pregnant! So crazy things do happen. True love is really unconditional i think as long as no one is in physical harm or doing anything criminal. As long as your home life is still good and you think you can heal together to form a stronger marriage, then never feel bad for staying. Don't let fear control you. As humans we constantly grow and change. He probably isn't the same man he was a year ago. Just don't forget to date each other. Remember that it's okay to have fun!

I'm one of those persons that has a lot of issues on forgiving unless this person isn't a part of my life anymore then I forgive and let everything go.  It's been a whole year since I found pictures of my husband ex and him on the computer... And they were xxx and videos... So it's been hard but I don't think about it anymore but randomly... It still hurts but things do take time and when the other person is supportive and he is trying to help you get over those things,  gosh it helps so much,.  Me and my husband had lots of issues and he just recently started helping me even more... And I feel so so much better all about that.
