Has anyone done an Antihistamine FET protocol?

Hi Ladies - I’m sure a few of you have seen my posts. Our 4th transfer just failed, which brings us to 1 failed fresh, 2 very low hcg (highest we got was 11.5) chemicals from FETs, and another failed FET all since December. We’re MFI (low morph), and so far I’ve had 2 hysteroscopies to remove polyps and did do an ERA (pre-receptive), but otherwise no major issues that we know of.
My doctor is recommending an Antihistamine protocol next which includes steroids and both Claritin and Pepcid. She said we can do bloodwork to see if I should add Lovenox, but doesn’t seem to believe in much else related to autoimmune issues. We have a consult with another clinic on Friday to start seeking another opinion, but I feel like we’re in “hail Mary” territory because she also suggested transferring our last 2 PGS embryos together, and has refused to allow more than 1 thus far, so I was surprised and am terrified of twins, but obviously not even 1 has worked.
Has anyone done the antihistamine protocol and had success? I’m losing confidence in this whole thing and just feeling really lost right now.

I’ve been MIA pretty much after my first FET failed it devastated me. Baby implanted but didn’t keep growing & I transferred two as well. My RE was pretty certain it wasn’t a progesterone problem and so he suggested a biopsy which came back positive for endometritis (NOT endometriosis)... I have now been on two antibiotics for two weeks. This WAS NOT seen in any of my diagnostic tests (HSG, HSG, and hysteroscopy all looked great) but the biopsy picked it up so maybe request a biopsy for endometritis?? Good luck! If all goes well at my next biopsy I’ll be able to transfer next month. I really really want my rainbow, praying you get yours too! ❤️

I had an antihistamine protocol for my first FET and now I'm 21 weeks. I cant say if that did the trick or not but it seems like the dr. threw the kitchen sink at me for the transfer. It was a bit to keep track of but thankful it worked. Good luck to you!!

After my first FET ended in an early miscarriage, I did a mock transfer cycle that involved an ERA and Hysteroscopy. Turns out I’m pre receptive. For my real round, FET #2 we went with the Antihistamine protocol. It added Claritin, Pepcid, baby aspirin, an immune suppressing steroid, and Lovenox injections. 
I found the protocol to be a bit intense because of all the pills 💊 to keep track of. But this time our embryo stuck, and I’m currently 7wks pregnant. 😄

I've done the same protocol and it really helped get my lining perfect for transfer. Unfortunately it did not take but the embryo was an untested 4AB so I think that might have something to do with it. This next round we'll be doing the same protocol and testing the embryos. 
One recommendation is to have your doc write you a Rx for claritin so your insurance covers it. Mine was only a couple dollars vs paying $20 for over the counter.
