I'm freaking out. I have a bump right in the middle of my vagina that is pink and it hurts when I cross my legs and if my jeans ride up and hit it. Any idea what it could be? It's about the size of half a pinky nail. I just really don't have money to go to the doctor just want to know if anyone has had this. I am a virgin still
