Yesterday I got a positive ovulation test. Today I went to the bathroom and I wiped a little bit of blood. It’s early for my period so what could it be?

Some back ground info: Our daughter was stillborn in March so my periods didn’t come back till June. Then in July I had a chemical pregnancy. So I feel like my cycle is way off and weird right now. My period that was the 29th-2nd was never anything big just wiping some blood and not even really filling up a pad at all. I don’t know what’s going on. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ The app thinks my period should be coming back on October 6th.
