2 hrs in pain (First time mummy)

Hey everyone, I’m 38 weeks today and after I woke up at 4:30pm I’ve had stitch like pains on the left, right and below my belly. It’s now 7:07pm and it’s still really painful. I’ve tried standing up, laying down and sitting upright. I don’t wanna ring the midwife because nothing other than that has happened. No mucus plug no water breaking just this pain.

My due date is October 6th (idk if that matter lol)

Thought I’d just add in - I can feel my baby moving a lot. He’s been more active the last couple of days.
