Baby bump? Bloat? Both?

I can’t seem to tell if this is a baby bump or bloat or both? I need some piece of mind to this lol this photo is after I ate and I’m currently 15+4 weeks

Is it your first baby? One or more babies? 
If it's your first and only one baby, it's mostly bloat. You can actually feel the uterus with your hand. 
Lie flat on your back, put your hand flat on your lower belly (under your belly button) and press gently. You should feel something that feels a bit like a tennis ball. That's your uterus and baby inside. At 15 weeks it should only come up around 3ish cm from your pubic bone with the first baby.
Of you had more babies before your uterus grows a little faster..and if it's multiple it obviously grows much faster 🤪
