Help please

So I have irregular period I never track ovulation I just bd 3 days after my last period I do it every other day an then bd on all of fertile days an then continue to bd every other day....my period was due 10/27 but never show I take hpt an every thing say negative...I haven't test again......I never go for blood work but my doctor say if my period didn't come by end of this month I should come see her. But lately I have been feeling nauseous an my boobs hurt my nipple is getting darker an am peeing more often...is there a possibility I am pregnant???.....am not worried or stress.....but I will test again Saturday....oh an around my nipple area is dark am 3 weeks an couple days late on my period...
