IVF Insurance Coverge
I just got off the phone with my insurance company and they said that fertility treatments such as <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IVF</a> may be covered “if deemed medically necessary” and that our doctor would need to submit a claim for approval. We have severe male factor infertility (his count is 300,000). Has anyone had success in getting their treatment covered this way? Thank you in advance ❤️
