I recommend the book The Happy Sleeper which was written in 2014.... Ferber is from the 80s. You wouldn’t use a car seat from the 80s so maybe our sleep advice should be updated as well 😊

I really strongly disagree with the Ferber method, but that’s up to you to decide for yourself too. 
I really recommend Taking Cara Babies if you’re looking for alternative ideas.
