Ttc is really hard 😭

Been trying since april 2020 and i know it hasnt been that long compared to others and my heart really goes out to everyone on this journey but its really starting to get me down 😢 ive been tracking my ovulation every month and each time AF comes its just a complete heartache! Dont know how to cope right now 😭 how does everyone else cope with the struggles of ttc? Any advice?
