13dpo is a bit lit for implantation bleeding 🤔 could be your about to start your period.. your pregnancy test is negative sorry but if it was implantation bleeding you wouldn’t get a positive that same day

I see a super faint blue line. Try retesting with pink dye. Implantation would've happened a lot earlier so doubtful that it's implantation bleeding. Doesn't mean you're not pregnant though. Women can have spotting at all different times. I'd just retest in a day or 2 with digital or pink dye.
