Cramps 4dpo?
I'm ~4dpo (OPK positive 11/14) and having mild lower abdominal cramping (kind of like a pulling sensation). Anyone else had this happen?
My mom just got diagnosed with cancer this week so I would love to have good news for my family (it would be her first grandchild).
