Montgomery's tubercles???

Question

This is my first pregnancy and i didnt know about “small pimples” on my nipples, i noticed one yesterday and as soon as I touched it white stuff came out and I thought it was a pimple pimple now this morning it hurts just like how a pimple hurts when u have one on your face lol i saw on google that its normal but i never saw anyone talked about it, has anyone on here has any tips, experiences??

Yeah totally normal, I actually had them even before I was pregnant 
Don’t need to touch them or do anything
