10 months of weird discharge HELP
I'm sorry I can't provide a picture rn. I can't tell if I have BV, something else or nothing at all. My discharge has seemed off since October 2019. I went to the doctor several times. I was originally told that I had a yeast infection, I was swabbed. Odd discharge came back after treatment and I was then treated by a terrible doctor for an STI, he refused to test me, he didn't even look down there so I was never given an idea of what it could be, and he didn't specify what the medication was targetting. Again, my odd discharge returned and I was swabbed and treated for BV by yet another doctor. I was traveling at that time. It has now been around 10 months of reccurring treatment and I feel like my discharge has not returned to normal. I also can't quite remember what normal was like, but something seems off.
I have not had sex since the first treatment and will not until I sort this out.
It has a very (very) faint sweet smell, dare I say yoghurt (but definitely not nearly as strong as previous times). Sometimes I have no discharge which I understand is normal. Sometimes it's a sticky thin off white film, sometimes it's thick. It usually looks fairly white but sometimes it seems grey or very pale yellow and I can't tell if I'm grasping. I've never had any itching, or burning throughout. I'm afraid to visit my clinic because of the pandemic and don't know if I've just forgotten what healthy discharge looks like or if there's still something going on.
Any feedback would help :)
