HELP Please

I have a 2yo and an almost 11mo. My 2yo posters the absolute crap out of the 11mo all day every day and in tired of having to get on to him continuously. Any constructive play ideas to keep the 2yo busy?

I have a giant play yard that I debated putting the 2yo in and letting him play with his blocks and such without the 11mo wanting to play with them too.

My 11mo is also always interested in what the 2yo is doing so he also doesnt get much play alone time

Any advice or ideas would be appreciated
