What could that LOUD Bang be?

I was having one of my not so proud moments of just pure anger at past experiences that happened with the husband & i was scrolling thru instagram came across a post at 12:34am that was somewhere in the lines of "don't take revenge for the pain they caused to you, they will pay for it but will too if do it to them" something like karma. I was like "hmm is this my guides telling to simmer down?lol". Well the feeling of being just upset and anger continued. I tried to go to zzz but i wasn't really tired. At around almost 4am there was a LOUD BANG in the livingroom like a heavy book fell! Within seconds of this the sensor light outside turned on. What could that been? I didn't get up( i had my 1yr old sleeping on my chest)
