Read Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. An app alone is not an accurate method of tracking ovulation. You need to, at minimum, track BBT. I recommend cervical fluid tracking over OPKs (it’s free and gives you more information about your fertility on any given day than OPKs, which can be unreliable for a variety of reasons), but using all three methods together (CM, BBT, and OPKS) will give you the best information.

No it’s always 3-4 days out for me. I recommend tracking ovulation with the clear blue digital ovulation tests they are great! X
