“Morning sickness” hits right at 6weeks

This week is the start of my 6 weeks into my first pregnancy. Woke up and instantly vomited for a good 10 mins straight. Diarrhea has started, haven’t had a solid bowel movement in 2 days. I’m losing weight also. I’m 5’2 and currently weight 109 now. When I found out I was pregnant on Sept 3rd, I weighted 115lbs. I read this is all normal but I just feel off. Like something isn’t right, no bleeding or cramps, but this is my first pregnancy and I have no other experience to compare too. Any other ladies having these symptoms right at 6weeks?
