How much coffee is too much coffee...
Like a lot of you, we are going through the 4 month sleep regression. I didn’t think it would be this hard and we are only on night three. For anyone who has been through it... how long did it last? Any tips? Also I’m breastfeeding and I’m genuinely concerned that I’m going to be drinking way too much coffee. My LO hasn’t been sensitive to caffeine up to this point so I think it’s fine??
