What does implantation feel like?

I’m 7DPO and I’m having mild cramps and twinges in my uterus but it’s more the lower back that’s bothering me. Plus I’m weirdly tired. Not sure if I’m just overworked (I’m a front line health care worker) or just imagining things because I want to be pregnant

Nothing.  Very few women even have implantation bleeding. 
Ttc is a mind eff because pregnancy and period symptoms are basically identical and we become hyperaware of every twinge in our body.

Yeah I felt nothing. Honestly had 0 pregnancy symptoms before my BFP.

I’m the exact same but TTC for baby number 1 so not sure what to expect! Mine are like pinches inside which is strange. 🤞🤞🤞
