My fiancé and I have been trying to have a baby for almost a year until I conceived in March. I found out that I was pregnant in April. I’m currently 29 weeks pregnant with a baby boy.

1/3. First one was a “not trying/not preventing” situation. Second one (ended in MC) was completely unplanned. Third was planned/we actively tried.
