Hi! Been bleeding for months :/

I had a baby, he is 11 months old. We stopped nursing at 7 months and I got my period back at around his 9month mark. Been bleeding ever since. I have an IUD and my dr put me on birth control to "reset" my period almost a month ago. It's not helping. I'm still spotting everyday heavy 😖...Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions? I'm cramping in my back too 😕
