BLW shamed

I’ve mentioned to a few family members of wanting to start my daughter on BLW. She just became 6 months adjusted so I’ve been looking up lots of info on it and stuff and was excited to tell my mom. Her response was that my daughter is too little and she’ll just end up choking to death. She added “I never did that with you guys and you guys turned out fine.” I’m the pickiest eater ever lol.

I mentioned it to my sister who has a 4 year old and she said it didn’t sound safe. Now I’m starting to feel like I should and they’re freaking me out about her choking.
