Is my BFF pregnant lol

So my best friend missed her period but she had a little bit of spotting, and she’s been having weird pains in her stomach. She’s also gained about 7lbs and is craving food she doesn’t usually like and is throwing up and peeing a lot. She’s too scared to take a test but she’s also been looking in the mirror and thinks she’s getting a baby bump. Her dad even asked her if she was pregnant, just out of the blue. Please give me some advice for her! Thanks I’m advance!
